Our Adult Membership offers a better alternative to dental insurance. This plan is designed for adults who do not have insurance. It offers both substantial savings and predictable costs. For a one-time annual enrollment fee, you will receive professional and comprehensive preventive dental care.

We believe membership keeps the focus on you, allowing us to work for you—not the insurance company. This plan allows us to provide the highest quality of care at lower costs and to help improve your health.

Cost & Coverage

For around $29 per month, an Adult Membership covers 100% of preventive care, including:

• Adult cleanings (2 per year)

• Periodic doctor exams for existing patients (2 per year)

• New patient comprehensive exam

• Bitewing x-rays (one time per year)

• Panoramic x-ray (one time every 3 years)

• Oral Hygiene Instruction

Members also receive 15% off ALL additional treatments, including

• Fillings

• Crowns and bridges

• Implants

• Root canals and extractions

• Dentures and partials

• Cosmetic procedures

• Nitrous Gas

• Custom mouth guards

• Periodontal therapy or deep cleanings for patients who have periodontal disease
