Our Office
After leaving an associateship position in Franklin County in 1985, Dr. Rex Card opened his own practice on Gresham Lake Rd., in the northern part of Wake County. In 1990, Dr. Card moved his office four miles down the road to our current location at 808-102 Salem Woods Drive in Raleigh, NC.
Continuing Dr. Card’s 30-year legacy of caring for patients with a kind, conservative manner, Dr. Edward Wood still sees many of Dr. Card’s original patients, some of whom drive an hour to visit our practice.
Less than a mile from Ravenscroft school, we are just off Falls of Neuse Rd., next to the post office on Strickland Rd. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (919) 870-0550 or email our office at edwooddds@gmail.com.
